I have to go with Dio because of his range (notes, but more itlartonmpy dynamics) as well as his ability to express the text of whatever song he was singing. I never heard him sing a single word without imbuing that word with its fullest possible meaning. That’s what makes a great singer in my book regardless of style. JW
